The information below will be used to invite you to become part of a “cohort” of other SLPs interested in board certification. There is no fee associated with this form or obligation to apply on your part. It will be a chance to join a group of SLPs going through the application process at the same time. A board member will be assigned to each cohort to guide you through the process, and serve as a mentor if needed. The members of the cohort will stay the same in order to foster deeper connections and encourage each other to move forward with the application process. The cohort would first meet for an overview of the application process, and then periodically to check on progress, ask questions, and learn more about opportunities.
